Brilliantly hosted - Filipa was super friendly, accommodating and patient throughout the tour. The wineries were well-selected - 2 of the 3 were small, independent wineries where the winemakers/ owners, clearly passionate and exceptionally friendly, were hosting the very small group / private tour and tastings. Lunch was fair, a perhaps smaller (more unique) venue would have been welcome, but no issues by any means (service and food were both good). Would recommend this tour (and host!) unequivocally. Thank you!

This was an excellent tour for both those new to wine, and those who have a lot of experience. The wineries chosen each provided us a different experience to give you a much more well rounded idea of what this beautiful place is like. For those into wine, it was excellent. Not only did you have a chance to try very high quality and traditional wines, but there was also an opportunity to taste things that are a bit more experimental and different. All of the wine was fantastic! Our tour guide was Filipa and she was excellent. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the wine, but she was lovely company for the day. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to visit the Douro Valley.

I cannot recommend this tour provider enough. We had an incredible time! Our tour guide Antonio was a wealth of knowledge on the Douro region, and we had great conversation all day long. If you have the opportunity to take a tour with them, please do it!

What an amazing experience! It was difficult to find a wine tour that included grape picking & stomping and this tour exceeded our expectations! Our tour guide, Antonio, was charismatic, informative and just lovely to spend a day with. He told us about the history of the Douro Valley, how and why different grapes are grown in the valley and tons of info on wine. He was also willing to share about modern Portugesse culture and the people.

Our guide was amazing - picked us up at our hotel for a beautiful drive to vinho verde region. we visited two wineries, the first including lunch with a wonderful host.
